These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DAAT Limited website and any DAAT Finance or DAATECH Digital Trust service you apply for or use. Placeholder text below should be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel before publication.
Website use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any other party.
DAAT Finance services
DAAT Finance products, including Contract Financing, Payroll Bridge Financing and Group-Guaranteed Microloans, are subject to separate facility agreements entered into between DAAT and the customer or group, which will set out the specific terms of that financing.
Application and assessment
Applications for finance are assessed against DAAT's lending criteria, which may include review of business, contract, payroll, group or identity information, and may include a Trust Check or other verification step.
No guarantee of loan approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. DAAT assesses each application at its discretion and may approve, decline, or approve on modified terms.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, keeping your account and verification details secure, and meeting the repayment or other obligations set out in any facility agreement you enter into with DAAT.
Fees and charges
Applicable fees, interest and charges for a DAAT Finance product will be disclosed to you before you accept the relevant facility agreement.

All content on this website, including the DAAT and DAATECH names, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to DAAT Limited and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAAT Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.
